How to live it: Wait to respond
Your Strategy is to respond. The Sacral knows what's yours and what isn't, it lights up for the real things and goes quiet for the rest. Learning to trust that gut response, rather than saying yes to things you feel you should do, is the whole game.
The simplest test is the hell yes. Unless something is a genuine hell yes, treat it as a hell no. Because your energy is so juicy, other people will want to use it for their own ends, and you can find yourself committed to things you were never actually lit up about. Hold the line. Save your fuel for what truly turns you on, and engage it fully when it does.
When you're off-track: Frustration
Frustration is the signal that something's off. It builds when you're pouring energy into things that aren't a real yes, the obligations, the shoulds, the work that drains rather than feeds you. Keep that up, and you burn out, and frustration turns into the quiet sense that nothing's moving.
When you feel that frustration setting in, take it as a cue to check what you've said yes to. Come back to the gut, and let the things that aren't lit up fall away.
When you're aligned: Satisfaction
When you're living your design, you feel satisfied, that good, used-up tiredness at the end of a day spent doing work you enjoy. You take real pleasure in burning through your full reserve of energy on things that are yours, and feeling proud of what you've built. That's the whole point: energy well spent, and the deep satisfaction of a life that's actually working
