My Yoga Offerings
Book a yoga session with me and choose from vinyasa, yin, or restorative practices tailored to your needs. I always recommend having a quick chat before booking so we can find the right style for you or your group and create a session that truly supports you. I also offer full wellness experiences, including hot and cold contrast sessions, in a beautiful local spa space equipped with a sauna and cold plunges, for a deeply restorative and energising experience.
A 1–1 Vinyasa session with me is a 90-minute space dedicated entirely to you and your body. Vinyasa is an invitation to move to explore fluid, mindful transitions that connect breath with movement, allowing energy to circulate freely and naturally.
This isn’t about pushing or performing.
It’s about tuning in.
Together, we’ll work with your unique needs on the day, whether you’re seeking strength, mobility, grounding, release, or simply space to reconnect with yourself. The practice will be intuitive and responsive, adapting to your energy and intentions in the moment.
You’ll be guided through a flowing sequence that supports balance, presence, and embodied awareness, finishing with deep rest to integrate the experience.
This session is your time to move, breathe, feel, and return to yourself

This 90min 1:1 Yin Yoga offering is a deeply nourishing and restorative practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with your body. Yin works by holding gentle, floor-based postures for longer periods of time, allowing you to target the deeper connective tissues, improve flexibility, and support joint health.
In our 1:1 session, the practice is tailored entirely to you—your body, your energy levels, and what you need that day. Yin Yoga can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mobility, and create space both physically and mentally. It’s an ideal complement to more active lifestyles, or simply a powerful way to pause and reset.
These sessions offer a quiet, supportive environment where you can truly unwind, breathe deeply, and cultivate a sense of balance and ease.

This 2-hour Restorative Yoga session is a deeply immersive experience designed to support your nervous system, guiding you into a state of true rest, safety, and replenishment. Through a blend of somatic awareness, gentle movement, meditation, and yoga nidra, this session invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body in a meaningful way.
Using heavily propped, fully supported yoga postures, your body is encouraged to release effort completely. These long-held, comfortable shapes allow the nervous system to shift out of stress mode and into deep relaxation, supporting recovery, reducing fatigue, and restoring overall balance.
Each session is tailored to you, creating space to unwind physically, mentally, and emotionally. This is a practice of doing less, but receiving more, ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of a full reset.

Saunassa Nordic Spa
My 1:1 sessions take place at the beautiful Saunassa Nordic Spa in Newquay—a Nordic-inspired wellness space designed for deep rest, recovery, and connection. The spa features a dedicated studio space, complemented by a unique contrast therapy experience that includes wood-fired and infrared saunas, hot tubs, ice baths, and cold plunges, as well as relaxation areas and changing facilities. This setting allows us to go beyond a standard yoga session, creating a fully immersive environment that supports both physical recovery and nervous system restoration. I also offer group bookings and can facilitate bespoke half-day or full-day retreats, combining yoga, breathwork, and hot and cold therapy for a complete wellness experience.
